Tikvah Kids is our once-a-month, Sunday morning learn-and-play experience for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Children learn the basics of Jewish life through arts and crafts, stories, and songs. Preregister for the year, which includes an open invitation to attend all temple events. Tikvah Tots is a FREE monthly drop-in play space for younger children (ages 0-5), overlapping with Tikvah Kids for a simple craft or cooking activity. Parents hang out with one another while temple volunteers play with the kids.*

Tikvah Kids & Tots dates in 2024-2025 (9:00am start time unless otherwise noted):

September 22

October 20 at 2:00pm, followed by outdoor Sukkah craft event for all at 2:30pm

November 24

December 15 at 3:00pm, followed by our community Chanukah Party at 3:30pm

February 9

March 9, followed by our community Purim Celebration at 9:30am

April 6

May 18

June 8

High Holiday children’s services:  Rosh Hashanah Oct 3 at 2:30pm, and Yom Kippur Oct 12 at 1:30pm

Early Shabbat celebrations (6:00pm) with a mini-mini service, pizza-centered Shabbat dinner, and storytime.
